2. When loading goods, the height and position of the forks should be adjusted according to the conditions of the goods to ensure that the weight of the goods should be evenly divided by the two forks to prevent the goods from slipping due to unbalanced loads. After the fork is inserted into the cargo pile, adjust the height of the fork, and raise the fork above 20mm from the ground before driving.
3. Do not brake suddenly when carrying goods to prevent the goods from slipping out. When moving large-volume goods, the goods block the line of sight, and the truck can reverse and drive at a low speed.
4. During the operation, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, the work should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the fault should be eliminated. Before the fault is eliminated, the operation should not continue.
5. After working for a period of time, the forklift should be parked at the designated location.
6. Without the consent of the manager, no one is allowed to use the truck. In order to improve the service life of the truck and avoid accidents, regular maintenance should be implemented.
7. Check the fastening of the connecting parts of the truck, especially whether the connecting bolts and locking devices of the steering system, wheels, lifting mechanism, etc. can be fastened and correct.
8. Check whether the pipelines and joints of the various parts of the truck are damaged, loose and leaking.

In order to ensure the normal operation of the truck, the following inspections and maintenance should be done regularly:

1. Maintenance: After each shift stops working, wash the stains and soil on the car body in time, check whether there are scratches on the car body, and whether the steering gear is firm and normal;
2. First-level maintenance: After accumulatively working for 100 hours, check the fastening conditions of each part, focusing on: cargo rack support, wheel screws, wheel fixing pins, and steering gear screws.
3. Secondary maintenance: After accumulatively working for 500 hours, do the whole vehicle inspection, focusing on: all pipe joints, oil tanks, lifting cylinders, hydraulic steering gears, steering cylinders, etc., hydraulic oil replenishment, lubricating oil, etc.
