The customer can consult with experienced experts of ELECLIFT. After fully understanding the needs of the customer, we will customize relevant solution to help the customer choose the appropriate lifting equipment and provide the best quotation. If the customer's lifting equipment needs to be repaired or replaced with spare parts, we will also appoint experts to provide advice.

Support During Production

We insist on quality control and assurance. Every step of our equipment production is closely monitored and absolutely no defective models are allowed to enter the market. And all our products are in strict accordance with ISO 9001 and CE quality standards.

After you place your order and produce your equipment, they are thoroughly tested. Photos and videos are taken and then sent to you for confirmation before the product is shipped.

We can pre-install some types of equipment that need to be installed on site. This pre-installation ensures that mechanical parts fit perfectly into their intended positions.

After-Sales Service

ELECLIFT provide 5-year warranty for main structure and 1 year to electrical parts from the date of delivery of the product. During the warranty period, if the spare parts was damaged due to material or manufacturing defects, identified as quality failure within the warranty scope, we will repair or replace for free.
