Before operating a forklift, first check:

1. Do a surface inspection to see if there is oil leakage, electrolyte leakage, body deformation, etc. Check the wheels for cracks, wear, and rough running. If there is a problem with poor operation, you need to troubleshoot to see if the parts are worn or need lubrication.
2. Check whether the battery fluid of the electric pallet truck battery is sufficient, especially in summer when the components evaporate quickly, and the electrolyte should be replenished in time.
3. Check whether the various switches of the electric pallet truck are easy to use, turn the forward and backward buttons of the electric pallet truck to test run the electric pallet truck; press the forklift lift button of the electric pallet truck to check whether the lifting function is intact.
4. The handle of the electric pallet truck not only has the function of controlling the direction, but also the switch of emergency stop and driving. When the handle is perpendicular to the ground, the electric pallet stops walking, and when the handle is parallel to the ground, the electric pallet also stops walking. The electric pallet truck will only walk when the handle is kept between 90°-180°. We need to follow this functional description to check whether it is working properly.
5. Check whether the power is normal.
6. Press the horn to check whether it is normal.
7. Check whether the power switch can be cut off and on normally.
8. Test run to check whether there is any abnormal sound of the electric pallet truck. If there is noise, please troubleshoot as soon as possible.
