PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The towable boom lift working height is 8-18m .The working platform size is 1.2*0.7m, height is 1.1m and the loading capacity is 200kg. Power is AC,DC,diesel or both.

The lift arm using a new type of high-quality steel, high strength, light weight, direct access to AC power to start, it can quickly set up safe and simple operation. The working table has large working radius and it can be 360 degrees rotated.

1.Overload protection : Hydraulic unit with overload protection device. If overload, the hydraulic station automatically relief pressure and stop running.

2.Emergency Stop : The lift can be stopped immediately in case of any emergency.

3.Emergency Lowering : The platform can be lowered down manually in case of power failure.

4.Explosion-proof valve: The hydraulic system is equipped with explosion-proof valves, which can prevent the sudden drop of the platform if the oil pipe breaks.

5.Safe sensor: When the platform declines, if it touch anything, it will be stopped, so ti can protect goods or operators.(Optional)

Maintenance Schedules

First services at 20-40 hours.

Daily or refueling: Check the parts are good or bad Check hydraulic oil level and color.

Every 250 hours or 3 months: Change lubricating oil Check cylinders

Every 500 hours or 6 months: Check tubes, pipes and value

Every 1000 hours or 1 year:

Change hydraulic oil Grease rotation bearing and wear pads

Every 2000 hours or 2 years: Check hydraulic tank, lid and vent

Note: Maintain the chassis according to the Chassis’ Service manual
